These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 3kvp platform and all of its associated services. By visiting the 3kvp website, registering an account, placing bets, or participating in any gaming activity, you become legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and all such accounts will be closed. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of account creation is mandatory.

3kvp follows an identity verification process to ensure safe and transparent service. Prior to a withdrawal request, or at any time, you may be asked to submit the following information or documents:

3kvp reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not completed within the specified time.

3kvp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms
• Bonus abuse
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity

The approved payment methods for depositing funds at 3kvp are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposited funds are added to the account after verification.

Please provide accurate payment details when making a deposit. 3kvp will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use a payment method registered in your own name only.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw from bonus funds (see Section 9).

Wagering requirements must be met for a bonus to become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the total balance. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Additional terms relating to bonuses:

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only
• This bonus can be received only once per account
• In the event of bonus abuse, 3kvp reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings
• Bonus use may be restricted on certain games under applicable rules

3kvp has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

3kvp reserves the right to change VIP benefits. VIP status is non-transferable.

A fair and honest gaming environment is ensured on the 3kvp platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets automatically using any kind of software or bot
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to commit fraud
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, 3kvp reserves the right to cancel all deposits and winnings on the relevant account.

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error or system failure, 3kvp reserves the right to cancel that round. In such cases, the relevant wager amount will be returned to the player's account.
